Installation of cylinder

Check the chain guide for scrapes, damages or de-
flected wear.

Clean the stains and impurities on the joint surface.
Check the cooling pipe system, oil channels and bolt
holes for impurities.

Install cylinder gasket, cylinder, water inlet hose,
dowel pin..

Note: The opening angle of piston ring should

be 120

Set the washer to the cylinder bolt, and screw it but

do not tighten it.
