C.E.S. Model SDI-50 Manual, Level Adjustments
Example: To program a 30 second wait time enter a "1" and "O"
for switches 30, and 31.

6.5.17 Ring Out (*5 32)
When a landiine call comes into the interconnect, it will key the
transmitter and send out the Error/Signal Message to notify the
mobiles that a call is coming in. The ring-out will occur each time
the SDI-50 senses the ring voltage on the phone line, up to the point
that the interconnect answers if the Auto-Answer feature is on. The
Ring Count (switches *5 25 and *5 26) should aiso be set if Auto-
Answer is used.
During the global ring out, any mobile may answer by using the global
Connect Code (switch *7 0). If no mobile answers before the
interconnect answers the call, selective signalling may still be done
as normal, if this feature is aiso turned on. However, only the
called mobile may answer.
Ring Out may be turned off if only selective signalling is desired, or
if its desired that the interconnect be dedicated to mobile to
landline calls.
For the interconnect to continuously ring out; until either a mobile
answers or the land line caller hangs up, Ring Out (switch *5 32) must
be turned on, and Auto Answer (switch *5 35) must be turned off.
For example: If Ring Out and Auto Answer are enabled, and switches 25
and 26 are set for 8 rings, the ringout will occur 7 times before the
SDI-50 answers.

*5 (tone) 32 (tone) O (tone) ;ring out disabled
6.5.18 Toll Restrict Enable (*5 33)
The toll restriction parameters are set using switches *5 00 through
11, 15 and 16. These switches only define the way toll restriction
will work. Switch 33 is used to actívate toll restriction. Toll
restriction may be temporarily turned off then back on with this
switch instead of changing all switches pertaining to toll restrict.
