Actuator installation (backflow protection)

Technical instructions CONTROLLER -

CPREG-Touch

Installation of a 3-way / 4-way mixing valve with actuator

An example of the ESBE actuator installation on a 4-way mixing valve (the pre-installation of a 3-way mixing valve
is the same).

Engine position when valve is closed.

2. Valve position (valve closed) - axle
marking (A).

3. The position of the motor-drive clutch position before
the drive is installed; the clutch mark (B).

4. Install the actuator as shown in the figure below (the
moving part of the actuator must be facing the green
stop (C) with the handle of the handle (D).

Position the drive handle, tilt it to the left until it

reaches the crank position, to set it to DOWN -
automatic operation

5. Tighten the drive clamping screw (when the bolt clamps, the
propulsion part of the drive will rotate from right to bottom to
the end position)
