2. Use the tapered small end of the cleaning rod to scrape between each fold
of the heat exchanger and to pull the ashes forward.

3. If needed, the plate at the back of the firebox can be removed for
inspection and cleaning of the heat exchangers. To remove the plate,
remove the acorn nuts. Take care not to damage the gasket.

4. Replace the plate at the back of the firebox. Apply a high-temperature,
anti-seize compound to the stud threads and secure with acorn nuts.
6. Reaction Chamber
1. Lift and slide the charge tube toward the rear of the outdoor furnace to
remove; then inspect the mixing channel to see the area is not plugged.
