Daily start-up

Operation

Carry out the following steps:

Press the rocker switch

‹

belt

tensioner

›

to the

upper rocker position.

Keep the rocker switch pressed until the tension process is completely finished

(approx. 3-5 sec.).



The driving belts of the cutting shaft are tensioned and the cutting shaft begins to rotate.



The mounted diamond saw blade begins to rotate.

Press the desired pushbutton on the

A: Operation with a diamond saw blade of 600 mm dia.



B: Operation with a diamond saw blade of 600 mm dia.



C: Operation with a diamond saw blade of 1,000 mm dia.

Ensure that the correct speed of rotation for the mounted diamond saw blade is

selected.



The speed of rotation of the cutting shaft is increased to the desired level.
