Notes on commissioning machine

Safety instructions: Danger of injury during operation!
There is a danger of injury when operating the machine. Observe the following points:

•

Read the applicable safety instructions for this machine before carrying out the work

(see Page 19: Safety > Safety instructions).

•

Do not put the machine into operation until all covers, hand protection devices and

safety equipment have been fitted.

•

Activate all safety equipment before commissioning. Observe the chapter Safety

equipment (see Page 25: Safety > Safety equipment).

•

After commissioning, check that all safety equipment functions properly.

•

When the machine is switched off, always also secure it against accidental switch-on.

•

Make sure that only authorised personnel are in the area of the machine.

Observe the following points during commissioning:

•

Is an approved diamond saw blade installed in the machine? - See chapter

“Fitting diamond saw blade” (Page 82).

•

Has all test work been carried out? - See chapter “Maintenance, repair and shut-down” >

“Performing test work” (see Page 112).
