The blade guard or the protective cover of the 

cutting shaft are mounted on the blade guard 

holder, depending on which side of the machine 

the diamond saw blade is to be mounted.

Mounting flange

There are six threaded holes on the mounting 

flange for the fastening screws of the pressure 

flange.

Fastening screws pressure 

flange

The six fastening screws hold the fitted diamond 

saw blade in position and press the pressure 

flange with the diamond saw blade against the 

mounting flange.

Pressure flange

The pressure flange presses the diamond saw 

blade against the mounting flange using the 

fastening screw.
