USING BEST SHOT
■
Creating Your Own BEST SHOT Scenes
Yo u can u se the proced u re b elo w to sa v e the set u ps of
snapshots or mo v ies that yo u shot as BEST SHOT scenes. After
that, yo u can recall a set u p w hene v er yo u w ant to u se it.
1.
In the REC mode, press [BS].
2.
Use [
S
], [
T
], [
W
], and [
X
] to select “BEST
SHOT” (Register User Scene) and then press
[SET].
3.
Use [
W
] and [
X
] to select the snapshot or
movie whose setup you want to register.
4.
Use [
S
] and [
T
] to select “Save” and then
press [SET].
Yo u r BEST SHOT scene w ill b e assigned the name “Recall
User Scene”, along w ith a scene n u m b er.
IMPORTANT!
•
Formatting the camera’s bu ilt-in memory (page 209)
deletes all the u ser BEST SHOT scene files.
NOTE
•
Registering a snapshot creates a snapshot set u p, w hile
registering a mo v ie creates a mo v ie set u p. A snapshot
set u p can b e u sed to shoot snapshots only, and a mo v ie
set u p can b e u sed to shoot mo v ies only.
•
Yo u can check the settings of the c u rrently selected BEST
SHOT scene b y displaying the camera’s setting men u s and
looking at its settings.
•
User snapshot scenes are assigned n u m b ers seq u entially
in the seq u ence: SU1, SU2, and so on, w hile mo v ies are
assigned n u m b ers in the seq u ence: MU1, MU2, and so on.

The follo w ing are the settings that are incl u ded in a u ser
snapshot scenes:
Face Recognition, Foc u s, EV Shift, W hite Balance, Flash,
ISO, Metering, Flash Intensity, Flash Assist, Color Filter,
Sharpness, Sat u ration, Contrast
