Breakfast
1 omelette made from 3 egg whites, 1 sliced tomato and a few
sliced fresh white mushrooms, some milk, seasoned with pepper.
Serve with ½ grapefruit, 1 cup of green tea
Lunch
2 mackerel fillets (smoked or grilled)
3 large tomatoes, sliced (raw or grilled),
2 rice crackers,
1 cup of green tea
Evening
1 cup of brown rice, with one grilled tuna steak
and some roasted vegetables (zucchini, aubergine)
1 cup of chamomile tea with one ts of honey
Snack
1 bowl of popcorn (fat free), 1 clementine
Breakfast
1 bowl of muesli with skim milk or unsweetened soy milk,
with one sliced banana and 1 ts cinnamon,
1 cup of green tea
Lunch
1 large bowl of vegetable soup,
1 slice of whole wheat toast with low fat curd cheese,
1 small fruit salad,
1 cup of green tea
Evening
2 grilled chicken breasts, along with a head of lettuce dressed
with balsamic vinegar and a few sliced radishes.
1 baked apple (20 min) with 2 teaspoons of low fat yoghurt
and some raisins.
1 cup of chamomile tea with one ts of honey
Snack
½ grapefruit / 1 handful of unsalted peanuts

1 large fruit salad with 2 tablespoons of shredded wheat

Lunch
4 large carrots, peeled and sliced,
½ tube of humus (low fat), ¼ watermelon, sliced,
along with a handful of unsalted nuts

Evening
1 large bowl of mixed vegetables (lightly spray with oil)
and 8 – 12 king prawns, some garlic pepper and 1 table-
spoon of soy sauce
1 cup of chamomile tea with 1 ts honey
Snack
1 kiwi, 1 small bowl of fat free popcorn
Breakfast
1 small bowl of muesli (no added sugar)
with a little low fat yoghurt and 2 ts honey,
1 cup of green tea
Lunch
1 baked sweet potato with one ts olive oil
1 large head of lettuce with ½ can of tuna,
some balsamic v pepper
1 cup of green tea
Evening
1 corn on the cob with ½ teaspoon of melted butter,
1 grilled bell peppers,
2 grilled chicken breasts seasoned with pepper
1 cup of chamomile tea with 1 ts honey
Snack
1 apple or 1 pear, 1 handful of unsalted nuts
