Ths mode enables you to restrct the enterng of new destnatons. When you set 
<RESTRICT NEW ADD.> to <ON>, the followng are restrcted:
Specfyng a destnaton usng the numerc keys.
Changng regstered destnatons.
Regsterng new destnatons.

If the System Manager ID and System Password have been set, enter the System Manager ID and System 
Password usng the numerc keys, then press [Log In/Out (ID)].
