Click the Protocols tab, and confirm that
TCP/IP Protocol appears. If not, click
the Add... button and install it.
●
Click the Identification tab, and confirm
the Computer Name.
●
Click the OK button to close the dialog
box.

Set the users and passwords for
access to the shared folder.
●
From the Start menu, select Pro-
grammes - Administrative Tools - User
Manager for Domain and start the User
Manager.
●
From the Users menu, select New
User... and enter the User name and
Password, then Confirm Password.
Enter additional information as needed.
NOTE
• If the checkbox for the User Must Change
Password at Next Login feature is set to
On, any new users added must change
their password in order to send files from
the machine.
●
Confirm the settings and click the Add
button.
●
Exit the User Manager.
