If you set Memory Box Reception Report Printing to “On,” a report is printed when documents
are received in the Confidential Memory Box. (See ‘Setting Automatic Output of a Memory
Box RX Report,’ on p. 7-7.)

Enter the password to print documents stored in the Confidential
Memory Box.
Documents stored in the Confidential Memory Box are not erased when you print them.

Using the Relay Memory Box
The Relay Memory Box is used to send documents received by this machine to a number of
destinations.
When documents are to be sent from a remote machine to this machine and also a number
of fax machines nearby, you can route the documents from the remote machine to the other
machines via this machine. In this way, you need only perform long distance communication
once, thus saving on communication costs that would otherwise be incurred.
You can specify the time at which you want to send documents from this machine, thus
enabling you to select a time period when communication costs are low or when the line is
not busy.
NOTE
•
When using a Relay Memory Box, first set the Relay Memory Box, and inform the remote machine of
the subaddress and RX password of the Relay Memory Box. However, it is not essential to set an
RX password. (See ‘Setting the Relay Memory Box,’ on p. 5-49.)
