Select the destination, and press “Done.”

If you want to specify other destinations from the directory, repeat the above steps. (See
‘Specifying Two or More Destinations,’ on p. 2-26.)

Press “

” or “

” to display the desired index.

You can also change the name of the index. (See ‘Storing the Index Name of the Directory,’
on p. 5-27.) Each index contains 15 destinations (the last index contains 5 destinations).

NOTE

If you want to display the directory in alphabetic order, press “Alphabetic Order.”

•

When you select the One-touch Speed Dialing key, the destination and its speed dialing
number appears.
