Setting Fax Management

System Management Settings

●

To specify the starting time to automatically switch to the memory receive
function (Memory Lock Start Time):

Press “Memory Lock Start Time,” and select “Everyday,” “Select Days,” or “Off.”

When “Everyday” is selected, press “Next,” and press numbers “1”-“5.” Enter the start time
using

(numeric keys), and press “OK.”

You can set up to five starting times for the Memory Lock function.

Enter the time in 24-hour clock format, as four digits without a space.
(Example: 7:05 a.m.

If you make an incorrect entry, press

(Clear), and enter the correct four-digit number.
