Activity Management Report
This report is a list which enables you to check the results of sending and receiving. An
activity report can be printed either automatically or manually.
An activity report is automatically printed either when the number of communication results
reaches 40, or when a specified time is reached.
You can set whether or not to automatically print an activity report. (See ‘Setting Automatic
Output of an Activity Report,’ on p. 7-4.)
NOTE
•
The default setting for printing an activity report is Auto Print “On” with 40 communication items.

ST. TIME
The date and time (24-hour clock display) at which the documents started to be sent
are printed. The * mark indicates a communication that is contained in an activity
report that has already been printed.

CONNECTION
TEL/ID
The name and telephone number of the remote party are printed. If a subaddress or
sender’s name has been specified, it is printed beneath the telephone number.

NO.
A 4-digit number, that is automatically assigned when a TX/RX document is
accepted, is printed. Numbers between 0001 and 4999 are for sending, while
numbers between 5001 and 9999 are for receiving.

MODE
The communicated contents and the communication mode are printed.
Sending:
TX, delayed TX, sequential broadcast TX, delayed sequential broadcast,
memory box TX, memory TX, transfer TX, report TX, direct TX
Receiving: Automatic RX, memory box RX, memory RX, transfer RX
Communication mode: ECM
