When you press “Send Time”:

Select a key between “1” and “5”

enter the transmission time using

(numeric keys)

press “OK.”

You can set up to five transmission times (1 to 5).

Enter the time in 24-hour clock format, as four digits without a space.

(Example: 7:05 a.m.

If you make an incorrect entry, press

(Clear), and enter the correct four-digit number.

Press “Next.”

Enter the name of the Group Dialing setting, and press “Next.”

You can enter up to 24 alphanumeric characters for a Group Dialing name.
