Setting Fax Management

System Management Settings

Call up the desired screen as follows:

When a Department ID and password are set, enter them after pressing “System Settings,”
and press

(ID).

Enter the RX password using

(numeric keys), and press

“OK.”

You can store a receiving password of up to 20 digits in numbers, #,

∗

, and spaces.

To enter a space, press “Space.”

To delete the character immediately in front of the cursor, press “Backspace.”

NOTE
•

If you make an incorrect entry, press

(Clear), and enter the correct password.

•

Press “Cancel” if you want to cancel storing.

Press “Done.”

The specified mode is set.

Press “Done” repeatedly until the Fax Basic Features screen appears.
