Red LEDs in the glass indicate heating is occurring. Do not touch the glass or vials - only touch the
black plastic handle in the center of the carousel, as shown in Figure 43.

Warning:
Sample carousel and metal sleeves are hot. The glass may also be hot
due to proximity of the sample carousel and vials. Do not touch. Do not
allow any metal items (other than the metal sleeves) to touch the glass.

Fast blinking LED’s indicate additional load is required on the carousel. Add more samples or reduce
the duty cycle.
8.
Slow blinking LED’s indicate an over temp condition exists on the induction heater PCB. Set duty
cycle to 0% and contact service for assistance.

Go back to the main screen to exit the
Preheating
options.
