Basic operation
Here’s how to record your guitar performance into your computer.

[GUITAR/MIC] Switch
Set to GUITAR .
[SAMPLE RATE] Switch
Set to match the sample rate of the recording software you’re using.
* After changing the setting of the [SAMPLE RATE] switch, you must disconnect the UA-1G’s
USB cable from your computer and then reconnect it.
[REC SOURCE] Switch
Set to ANALOG .
* Minimize the volume of the connected monitor speakers or other audio equipment before
you change the setting of the [REC SOURCE] switch.
Input volume
Use the [INPUT LEVEL] knob to adjust the level of the input until it is as high as you can get it
without causing the PEAK indicator to light.
Recording a guitar
The input from the guitar and the audio
data from the computer will be mixed
and output.
