No Response Retry Count

specifies how many times the user device will be polled (if it is not responding) before 
control is passed on the next cluster (accompanied by other condition checks).

Error Retransmit Count

specifies the number of times the node will resend a block of data after the receiving 
device has detected an error in that block.

NAK Retry Count

specifies the number of times the node will send a frame when the receiving device is 
unable to acknowledge; that is, returns a NAK to the node.

Block Check

used only when

Subscriber Parameters

Sq (Sequence)

is simply a line number to ease selection of a line on the screen to change. To move to 
another line, press 

[A]

 and enter the sequence number.

Local Sub

is the ID (subscriber address) of the local end of a BSC connection. (A Subscriber 
record must also be configured for this subscriber ID.)

Remote Sub

is the ID (subscriber address) of the remote end of a BSC connection. (A Subscriber 
record must also be configured for this subscriber ID.)

Autocall

causes a BSC TPAD to automatically call its HPAD when the controller (identified by 
Link Address) becomes active. This parameter has no function if the port is an HPAD.

Retry Timer

is the time between autocall retries.

Retry Number

is the maximum number of times an autocall will be sent.

Connection ID

is an internal identifier that will link the BSC port with a device configured in the BSC 
Devices file (described on page 9-19).
