NLG6xx

Charging modes (Mode2 and Mode3 charging)

INFORMATION

By default, the NLG6 supports Mode2 and Mode3 charging.



Mode 2:

Alternating current (AC) charging at a local standard socket or CEE socket, by using an In Cable

Control Box (ICCB) integrated in the charging cable. The ICCB ensures a correct charging procedure

controlled by safety signals and -equipment according to the respective standards.



Mode 3:

Alternating current (AC) charging from a dedicated EV charging appliance, either provided by means of

a socket (usually type 1 or type 2) or a fixed mode 3 charging cable connected to the installation. The

safety signals and equipment are provided by the respective mode 3 charging appliance.
