GS-X Pinsetter w/Advanced (CE) Guarding Operation Manual

Problem/Cause /Corrective Action

PROBLEM

CAUSE

Ball does not return.

Pins in accelerator.

Adjoining machine transport band

binding ball door.

Ball doors do not move freely.

Pin stuck between transport band

and ball cushion board.

Transport band drive belt broken,

or slipping.

Broken transport band.

Faulty ball door solenoid.

Accelerator flat belt.

Ball fell off transition track.

Remove pins.

Adjust transport band.

Adjust or lubricate ball door.

Adjust ball cushion.

Replace or weld belt. See

Servicing section.

Replace transport band.

Replace or adjust solenoid.

Tighten or replace belt as

required.

Remove capping, retrieve ball

and clear any obstruction on or

near the track.

Ball door blocked by pins.

Ball cushion not adjusted properly.

Loose transport band.

Loose transport band drive belt.

Worn transport band.

Ball door not adjusted properly.

Adjust ball cushion.

Tighten transport band.

Cut off a piece and weld back

together.

Replace transport band.

Adjust ball door.
