Figure 62 — Testing the rotational speed of the output shaft
Note
Calculation of the number of revolutions:
n = real time signal of the motion sensor (B3) [1/s] × 60 [s/min] × 1000 [revolutions]
10.6.12 Testing the motion sensor interface
This test function is used to verify the motion sensor interface on pins B1 to B4. The display shows the voltage and current of the
motion sensor power supply at pins B1 and B2, as well as the pulse frequency on input B3 and the status of the communication
via the pin B4. The announcements regarding B3 and B4 can be switched by the cursor keys
or
.

10.6.13 Testing the internal back-up battery
This test function performs a check of the internal back-up battery and displays the measured value on display.

10.6.14 Testing the pulse outputs
This test function is used to check the functions of the pulse outputs. It displayed in each case the current signal frequency at
the outputs B6, B7, B8 and D6. For the output B7 the measured voltage of the output level is additionally displayed. With
OK
a
menu can be accessed, about which a test frequency or a signal level “low” or “high” for the single outputs can be set.
10.6.15 GNSS Test
The GNSS test function can be started in the CALIBRATION operating mode via the menu. The test function indicates whether
the GNSS function is functioning properly.
