HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE ADJUSTMENT INSTRUCTIONS
REYCO 1212 FRONT AIR SUSPENSION
1. Position unladen vehicle on a level floor with air pressure maintained in excess of 65 PSI. Disconnect
both links and move the control valve actuating levers to ensure all the air is exhausted from the air
springs.
2. Connect the link to one valve and let the bag fill with air until it shuts off. Measure distance from axle
to frame and adjust to proper ride height (9.12" bottom of rail to axle pad, at center, or 19.12" shock eye
to eye). Adjusting for proper mounting height is done by trial and error by adjusting the length of the
linkage.
3. Recheck by disconnecting the link and deflating the spring about halfway. When the link is recon-
nected, the spring should re-inflate to the proper ride height.
4. Disconnect the properly set valve and move lever to deflate the spring. Repeat the above procedure
with the other valve.
5. Once the second valve is set, connect the two valves simultaneously and all air springs will inflate to
the proper mounting height. Minor height adjustments may be necessary to assure that both air
springs are inflated while vehicle is unladen.
