Fastener Torque Values:

1" Nuts: 500 - 550 ft.lb. with axle at ride height and aligned.

7/8" Spring Axle Attachment Bolt: 400 - 425 ft.lb.
3
3/4" Axle Connection Nuts: 250 - 300 ft.lb. Snug tighten nuts.
Then apply proper torque in a criss cross sequence to load bolts evenly.

1/2" Track Rod Bracket & Lower Shock Bracket Bolts: 110 - 120 ft.lb.

3/4" Shock Absorber Nuts:150 - 175 ft.lb.

1/2" & 3/4" Air Spring Mounting Fasteners: 40 - 60 ft.lb.
7
7/8" Track Rod Bracket & Axle Attaching Bracket Nuts: 375 - 425 ft.lb.
Note: Normal axle travel is 2.6" up and 3.1" down. Normal caster angle
is 3.17 degrees. Static ride height is 9.12".

Lubricate roof hatch weatherseals & lock mechanisms.
•
Inspect all emergency equipment mounting fasteners.
•
Lubricate window latches and slides.
•
Lubricate pivot points on Bode door.
•
Inspect seat frames for secure attachment to the floor and wall.
MONTHLY OR 3,000 MILES
•
Check fuel system (Drain fuel and contaminants, if required).
•
Check battery water level.
•
Inspect brake chambers.
3 MONTHS OR 5,000 MILES
•
Inspect optional fire extinguisher to see if fully charged.
•
Check optional first aid kits to see if fully equipped.
•
Oil all hinges and window latches for ease of operation.
•
Lubricate all window channels with silicone or graphite.
•
There is one drain hole in each floor section under windows. Be sure hole is clear of debris so any
water may escape.
