A-55

Step 5:
Install traction drive motor (8).

a. Install traction drive motor shaft into three speed

transmission.

b. Install mounting bolts.

EQUIPMENT PREPARATION

Step 1:
Fill three speed transmission with gear lube.

Step 2:
Check hydraulic fluid.  Add if necessary.

Step 3:
Connect battery.

Step 4:
Start engine.  Run machine through shift ranges.

Step 5:
Check for proper parking brake operation and
adjust if necessary.

a. With engine running and brake in the OFF

position, adjust parking brake adjustment screw.

b. Place 0-0.012" (0.31 mm) feeler gauge between

caliper and disc.

c. Turn adjustment screw until there is a 0.012"

(0.31 mm) gap between brake disc and pad.
