Creating Programs

The final program should appear as follows:

Temperature Control Mode:  Calculated

Lid Control Mode:  Constant at 100°C

1.  Incubate at 94°C for 00:01:00

Beep on Target

2.  Incubate at 92°C for 00:00:30

Beep on Target

3.  Gradient from 45°C to 65°C for 00:03:00

4.  Cycle to step 2 for 29 more times.

5.  Incubate at 10°C forever

End

The program is now finished. Select <Save> to ensure that your work is preserved.

Chapter 6 will explain how to edit the various programming steps to include
different parameters and Chapter 7 will instruct you on how to run this program.
