5. Once the
ENTER
button has been pressed, the
number of Hoses appears in the main display. The
default setting is for 2 hoses per side of the dispenser.
See Figure 7.3.
NOTE:
When setting the number of hoses,
remember, this number represents only one
side of the dispenser.
NOTE: If the dispenser only has one hose per side
then it will be acknowledged in the
electronics as Hose B. If it has two hoses
per side then the electronics will see hoses
A and B.
To change the setting from 1-2 hoses press either the 1 or
2 button on the keypad. Press the
ENTER
button to save
the setting.
6. Once the
ENTER
button has been pressed, the
Blender option appears in the main display. The
default setting is for a Blender. See Figure 7.4.
7. To turn OFF the Blender option, press the 0 button
and the main display now appears like Figure 7.5.
8. To turn set it for the Mixer option, press the 2 button
and the main display now appears like Figure 7.6 (on
next page).
Note : there are three options for this setting :
0 = OFF (Straight Grade)
1 = ON (Blender)
2 = Other (Mixer)
A Straight Grade is used when you offer non-blended
products and each product has its own designated
hose.
A Blender is used when you offer three products and
the middle product is blended. This includes a 3 + 1
dispenser.
A Mixer is used when you offer two or three non-
blended products but only one hose is used for all
products.
WARNING -
If this setting is not correct then the
dispenser will not operate. If you exit out of programming
and notice that the ppv displays are blank then check this
setting again.
9. Press
the
ENTER
button to save the setting.
