6.5 System Settings

unchanged, press the
<Options>
key. The screen returns to the
System
Menu
.
6.5.5 Edit User ID/PIN
Use this function to edit User ID and PIN definitions. Up to eight (8) User IDs
and PINs may be stored in the instrument memory. Proceed as follows:
1. From the
System Menu
screen, use the
Up / Down Arrow
keys as necessary to
scroll the list until the

key to select use of this function.

a. To select this User ID for editing press the
<Enter>
key.
b. To select a different User ID for editing, use the
Up/Down Arrow
keys to
scroll the list as necessary. When the correct User ID is displayed on the
lower line, press the
<Enter>
key to continue.
3. The following screen is displayed:
Enter the appropriate User ID information by either using the keypad
(proceed to step 4), or by using the Bar Code Scanner (proceed to step 5).
