Options Menu
screen, use the
Up / Down Arrow
keys as necessary to
scroll the list until the

line of the screen.

key to select use of this function. Proceed to Section 6.4.1,
Select Records to Output.
NOTE:
If there are no test results stored in the instrument memory, the
instrument emits an alarm tone and displays the following message:

6.4.1 Select Records to Output
4. When the
Options/Output Records
function is selected the following screen
is displayed:
From this screen proceed as follows:
a. To output all stored records, ensure the cursor (
>
) is positioned on the top
line pointing to
>ALL RECORDS
, then press the
<Enter>
key. Proceed to
Step 5.
b. To output only selected records, use the
Down Arrow
key to move the
cursor to the lower line so as to point to
>SELECTED RECORDS
, then
press the
<Enter>
key. The following prompt is displayed:
From this screen proceed as follows:
- Use the
Up/Down Arrow
keys to increment/decrement the number of
records to be output, then press the
<Enter>
key. (Records are selected
in sequence beginning with the most recently stored records). Proceed
to Step 5.
c. To cancel the use of the
Output Records
function, press the
<Options>
key. The display returns to the
Options Menu
screen.
5. When the
<Enter>
key is pressed to begin transmission of records from the
serial port, the screen updates to briefly display the following message:
NO TEST RECORDS IN
MEMORY! PUSH A KEY
> ALL RECORDS
SELECTED RECORDS
OUTPUT LAST 2
TEST RECORDS
OUTPUTTING
TEST RECORDS
