<Enter>
key, two more times, to scroll through the result
information stored for this platelet storage bag:
Proceed to Section 6.3.2, Print Record?.
NOTE:
To cancel the review of this record and return to the list of pH test
results records press the
<Options>
key.
6.3.2 Print Record?
7. Press the
<Enter>
key again to continue. The following prompt is displayed:
From this screen proceed as follows:
a. If you do not wish to print a copy of the record, ensure the cursor (
>
) is
positioned on the top line pointing to
>NO
, then press the
<Enter>
key.
The screen updates as follows:
- If the current setting of the
Options/System Settings/Enable User ID/
PIN
parameter is set to ‘
Enable User ID and PIN
’, and the current user’s
PIN does not match the Supervisor PIN the screen returns to the list
of pH test results records. If the current user PIN does match the
Supervisor PIN, the
Delete Record?
prompt is displayed. Proceed to
Section 6.3.3, Delete Record?.
- If the current setting of the
Options/System Settings/Enable User ID/
PIN
parameter is set to either: ‘
Disable User ID and PIN
’ or ‘
Enable User
ID Only
’, next the screen displays the
Delete Record?
prompt. Proceed
to Section 6.3.3, Delete Record?.
b. If you do wish to print a copy of the record, use the
Down Arrow
key to
move the cursor to the lower line so as to point to
>YES
, then press the
<Enter>
key. The instrument will output the result to the Printer or other
receiving device connected to the RS-232 Serial port. (An example of a pH
test result report is illustrated in Figure 5-2.)
When the result output is completed the screen will return to the
Print
Record? prompt.
Printer Off-line ERROR:
If a receiving device is not connected, the instrument sounds an alarm
tone and briefly displays the following error message:
Next, the screen will return to the Print Record? prompt.
