Controller
Controller Response:
Asymmetric hysteresis up two point controller.
If the hysteresis is set, too low, increased contact
abrasion may result. This will significantly reduce the
lifetime of the device.
If the hysteresis is set too high, the temperature of the
heater or the work piece may increase. This can lead to
an exceeding of the process temperature.
Set the hysteresis as low as necessary and as high as
possible.
