1. Clean and lubricate all hardware, seals and tools.

2. Place u-cup seal on loading mandrel with lip facing proper direction.

3. Place loading mandrel onto collector shaft.

4. Using seal pusher and applying even pressure, slowly push u-cup seal down loading mandrel to proper

groove allowing u-cup seal to gradually expand. Avoid pushing too rapidly as this may cause u-cup seal to
split.

IMPORTANT:

5. Remove loading mandrel and seal pusher from collector shaft.

6. Repeat steps 2 through 5 for remaining seals.

7. Push and twist sizing tool over seals. Leave sizing tool in place for 2 to 3 minutes to return to their original

size.

8. Install collector shaft into housing.
