MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
1) Hydraulic oil:
Change hydraulic oil and flush the hydraulic reservoir
tank.
YEARLY MAINTENANCE
MAINTENANCE SECTION
3 MONTH MAINTENANCE
1) Hydraulic oil filter:
Must be replaced after FIRST 10 HOURS OF
OPERATION, USE A 10 MICRON FILTER. After
first change replace oil filter every 3 months or 400
hours.
2) Hydraulic suction screen(s):
Change hydraulic suction screen(s) yearly or every
000 hours.
2) High pressure filter:
Must be replaced after FIRST 50 HOURS OF
OPERATION. After first change replace high pressure
filter every 3 months or 500 hours. Located on the
hydrostatic pump.
1) Check torque on the hydrostatic motor to upper
frame bolts:
Check torque on the hydrostatic motor to the upper
frame bolts after first 20 hours and every 100 hours
thereafter. Use a criss-cross pattern when tightening
these bolts.
2) Check torque on the cutter wheel to hydrostatic
motor bolts:
Check torque on the cutter wheel to hydrostatic motor
bolts after first 20 hours and every 100 hours thereafter.
Use a criss-cross pattern when tightening these bolts.
3) Lubricate “Bandit” lever throttle cable
(if equipped):
If the machine is equipped with a “Bandit” lever throttle
system, lubricate inner throttle cable and cable ends
with a cable lube or SAE 10W/0 oil. Replace throttle
cable if it doesn’t operate smoothly.
4) Check hydraulic pressures:
Check, reset and maintain all hydraulic pressure settings
to the specified maximum, see page 34. This will give
you the best performance from the hydraulic system.
5) Grease grading blade pivot bushings
(if equipped):
Grease grading blade pivot bushings with 1 to shots
of EP-2 Lithium type grease. Wipe off excess grease.
Excessive grease will attract dirt.
