ABS system daily maintenance
ABS system is composed of mechatronic
components, with high reliability, usually
without regular maintenance. The following
points are helpful to improve the performance of
the system and further reduce the failure rate of
the system:

ABS ECU is composed of precision
electronic parts, strong collision and knock easy
to damage the electronic parts, therefore, try to
avoid ECU by collision.
●
do not let oil pollution to ABS electrical
connectors, especially metal terminals, so as not
to cause poor electrical contact.
●
do not make the wheel sensor contaminated
with oil or other debris, especially in the gear
ring position near.
●
high water content of brake fluid will not
only cause bad braking due to evaporation of
water, and may corrosion of the braking system,
leading to ABS performance decline, so, should
be replaced regularly, generally at least two
years replacement.
●
When the ABS warning lamp:
1. Keep ON
2. Light up for a long time during driving
3. When the start/stop button changes from
"OFF" state to "RUN" state, the ABS alarm
lamp on the combined instrument does not work
all the time.
It must be repaired in time. When using the
braking system before troubleshooting, attention
must be paid to controlling the braking strength
to avoid wheel lock.

Automatically adjust the braking force
distribution ratio of front and rear axles to
improve braking efficiency (to a certain extent,
it can shorten the braking distance), and
cooperate with ABS to improve braking
stability.
