5.

Entretien et plan de maintenance

5.1.

Généralités

ATTENTION! Ces travaux doivent être effectués par un technicien qualifié et compétent, conformément à la réglementation en vigueur et
aux dispositions légales.

ATTENTION! Toujours mettre l'appareil hors tension avant l'exécution des travaux d'entretien sur la colonne de guidage et le portail
d'entrée.

5.2.

Entretien quotidien

Gardez à tout moment l'ouverture du portail dégagée de tout obstacle sur toute la plage de
fonctionnement!

5.3.

Entretien mensuel

ATTENTION! Lors de l'entretien, toujours avoir à l'esprit le risque d'écrasement et la possibilité d'une décharge électrique!

ETAPE

1

Tester régulièrement tous les dispositifs de sécurité.
Ce portail est équipé de divers dispositifs de sécurité. Pour prévenir les accidents dus au portail, le fonctionnement correct de tous les
dispositifs de sécurité doit être vérifié régulièrement.
• Mettre le portail en position ouverte; appuyez la paume de la main contre l'un des patins de pression. Le portail doit s'arrêter
immédiatement. Répéter cette opération avec les autres patins de pression.
• Nettoyer les barrières photo-électriques avec un chiffon doux une fois par mois. Ensuite, fermer le portail et avec la main, passer dans la
zone comprise entre les barrières photo-électriques. Le portail doit s'arrêter immédiatement et reculer.
• Vérifiez le bon fonctionnement du feu clignotant sur la colonne

Une fois par mois, nettoyez l'intérieur du longeron inférieur. Cela empêche la saleté de pénétrer dans le guidage et empêche le portail de se
bloquer en cours de fonctionnement.
• Pour cela, mettre le portail en position fermée.
• Débranchez l'alimentation électrique.
• Essuyer le longeron inférieur avec un chiffon et éliminer ainsi les contaminants de l'intérieur.
• Allumer à nouveau l'alimentation et vérifier le bon fonctionnement du portail.

Une fois per an

S'assurer que le portail coulissant est entretenu une fois par an par des professionnels autorisés.

Une fois par an, remplacer les piles du profil de contact de sécurité sur l'arête de fermeture principale du portail.
