1. Données pour la vérification des portails motorisés

Les exigences techniques de sécurité et méthodes d'essai pour la construction et l'équipement de
portails  motorisés  sont  spécifiées  dans  les  normes  européennes  qui  concrétisent  les  exigences
générales des directives européennes sur les machines.
Ce sont notamment :

• DIN EN 12604 portails : aspects mécaniques , exigences
• DIN EN 12605 portails : aspects mécaniques , méthodes d'essai
• DIN EN 12453 portails : sécurité d'utilisation des portails motorisés , exigences
• DIN EN 12445 portails : sécurité à l'utilisation des portails motorisés , méthodes d'essai
• DIN EN 12635 portails : installation et utilisation

Selon  BGR  232  section  6,  les  portails  motorisés  doivent  être  contrôlés  par  une  per-sonne
compétente avant la première  mise en service et si nécessaire, au moins une fois par an.  Cette
vérification ne doit  pas être assimilée à  un  entretien. Une personne  qualifiée  est  une personne
qui,  en  raison  de  sa  formation  professionnelle  et  de  son  expérience,  a  les  connaissances
suffisantes  dans  le  domaine  des  portails  motorisés  et  connait  suffisamment  la  réglementation
nationale  applicable  en  matière  de  protection  au  travail,  la  réglementation  en  matière  de
prévention des accidents et autres gé-néralement règlements reconnus de la technique (par ex.
les  règlements  BG,  les  normes  DIN,  les  dispositions  VDE)  pour  être  en  mesure  d'évaluer  le  bon
état  de  marche  des  portails.  Parmi  ces  personnes  figurent  par  exemple  des  experts,  des  pro-
fessionnels  des  entreprises  de  fabrication,  de  livraison  ou  de  montage  ou  des  profes-sionnels
expérimentés compétents de l'opérateur Les experts doivent transmettre leur expertise objective
du  point  de  vue  de  la  sécurité  au  travail,  sans  subir  l'influence  des  autres,  par  exemple  la
conjoncture  économique.  Le  résultat  de  l'essai  doit  être  consigné.  La  preuve  écrite  doit  être
tenue  à  disposition  pour  vérification  sur  le  lieu  de  fonctionnement  des  portails  motorisés.  Les
exigences spécifiques au pays pour l'installation et l'essai doivent être respectées!
