Scrambled programs are indicated by the abbreviation CA in the column 

Encryption

 of the TUNER table.  

By default, in the column 

Decrypt

 is choosen. The program will be transferred to the modulator 

in encrypted form and must be decrypted in the receiver. 
If CA modules are plugged in, the corresponding programs can be decrypted.
