VCI Manager 

The VCI Manager is an application for connecting the MaxiBAS tablet with a VCI device and 
checking the communication status.  

The MaxiBAS diagnostics system supports battery diagnostics with the B200 series tester.

Connection Mode

 

—

 four connection modes displays. The connection status appears 

adjacent to each mode. 

a) 

VCI  BT  Pairing 

—

 When  the  VCI  is  paired  to  a  wireless  device,  the  connection 

status reads “Connected”; Otherwise, it reads “Disconnected”. 

b) 

BAS BT Pairing 

—

 When the battery tester is paired successfully via Bluetooth, the 

connection status reads “Connected”; Otherwise, it reads “Disconnected”. 

c) 

VCI  Update 

—

  updates  VCI  software  via  Internet  through  the  diagnostic  tablet 

networking via Bluetooth pairing. 

d) 

BAS Update 

—

 updates the battery tester software. 

Select a connection mode to manage and set up a connection.

Settings 

—

 This section allows you to manage wireless connectivity. 

BT  Setting 

—

  searches  and  displays  the  type  and  partial  serial  number  of  devices 

available  for  Bluetooth  pairing.  Tap  a  device  to  start  pairing.  The  BT  status  icon  will 
display the received signal strength for the device.
