Draining water after wetting the product
As some parts of this product are not watertight, if you use
the product after it gets wet, water remaining in those parts
might wet your clothes or bag, or the sound might become
hard to hear.
Follow the steps below to drain water.

Wipe water thoroughly on the surface of the
product with a clean dry cloth without waste
textiles

Shaking the product

Hold the product firmly and shake it in the direction
of arrows until water does not come out.
* W
hen shaking the product, stay alert to your surroundings.
* Be careful not to have the product pop out, and hold it firmly to
drain water.
From earphone microphone terminal/
external connection terminal:
20 times or more
From speaker:
20 times or more

Wipe drained water.
* The microphone, speaker, earphone microphone terminal, and the
external connection terminal are particularly hard to drain water
from. Hold the product so that these parts are downward and
press to wipe off.

Place the product on a dry towel or cloth and leave it
at room temperature.

Press the product gently to clean dry cloth
without waste textiles, and wipe off water
remained in the gaps in the microphone,
speaker, earphone microphone terminal,
external connection terminal, etc.
