Important items to remember before
use

Close the specified back cover firmly.
•
Water resistance is only effective when the covers are
securely closed.
•
Just a small particle (a hair, a grain of sand, etc.) on the
seals can cause water leak.
•
Never open/close the specified back cover if your
hands or the product are wet. Do not insert an
earphone (sold separately) when water remains in the
earphone microphone terminal.
Attaching the specified back cover
Attach the specified back cover on the main unit, then
press along the back cover in the direction from

following the arrows leaving no gaps, and then press at

firmly.

Do not immerse the product in water with soap,
detergent or bath salts in it.
●
Do not immerse the product in seawater, a swimming
pool or hot spring.
●
Do not immerse the product in any liquid (alcohol, etc.)
other than water.
●
Do not place the product directly on the sand at a
beach, etc. Sand or other small particles might get
inside the microphone, speaker, earphone microphone
terminal, or external connection terminal, causing the
volume to drop. If sand or other particles get inside the
product, it might cause overheating or malfunction.
●
Do not use the product underwater.
