Care and Storage

Don’t store this machine and its battery, fuel, etc., in a place near
a
fi
re source or high temperature. Fire may result.
●
When storing this machine by putting covers, wait for the engine,
muf
fl
er and the chassis to cool down completely. If these parts are
still hot,
fi
re may occur.
Danger
●
When washing the machine, do not apply water jets directly onto the
engine, resin parts, electrical parts, attached marks, etc. Impact from the
water jets may cause the machine to break down, decals to peel, and parts
to deform.

Daily Storage
1. Clean the machine as much as possible.
2. Store the machine indoors whenever possible. If the machine must be kept outdoors,
keep it with waterproof
covers, etc.
3. Make sure to apply the parking brake.
4. In an extremely cold weather, remove the battery and keep it in a warm place indoors,
etc., as it
will help the engine to start easily.
Follow the procedure below when storing the machine until the next day or for a
short period longer than a day:

If the machine does not work due to frozen parts, do not try to move the
machine by force.

Long-term Storage
If the machine will not be used for a long period of time (30 days or more), clean the
machine and store it by following the procedure below:
