SharpStreamer™ Mini PCIE-7205 Installation and Use (6806800U01A)

2.4.2

PCIE-7205 Card Removal

To remove the PCIE-7205 card, perform the following steps:

1. Make sure you are in an ESD-safe environment.

2. Power off the system, disconnect the system from the electrical outlet and peripherals and 

remove any cables connected to the card.

3. Remove the system cover.

4. Gently pull the PCIE-7205 card from the slot.

5. Close the cover of the system.

Wait at least 30 minutes for the card to cool down as the heat sink could be extremely 
hot.

Place the PCIE-7205 card into an ESD-protective bag and seal it appropriately.
