16. Control and adjustment of the temperature
The cooling temperature is controlled by means of:
digital solar thermometer (Fig.11); the electronic controller (optional) (Fig.12)

To change the controller programming, call the manufacturer.

If the thermometer works on batteries:
-
replace the discharged batteries with similar ones
-
do not dispose of batteries in the environment
-
consign the batteries to authorized collection centres
17. Filling the cabinet
Before introducing the products, wash and disinfect the cabinet as indicated in chap.23.

Remedy
•
arrange the goods in an orderly and uniform fashion
•
respect the loading line
•
introduce products already cooled at the required storage temperature
•
load the cabinet so that the goods from a longer time is sold before the newly
received goods (stock rotation)

on bent shelves, always use retainers

Arrange items without leaving empty spaces to improve cabinet performance
The inflow of warm air into the cabinet is inevitable; if a thin layer of frost builds up due to
high humidity, keep the doors closed for 2 hours.
