Item 01 is set for the “free” time before metering starts on all calls (in 5 second blocks)

Item 07 = 1 to enable reversal on answer

Code 01 must contain the ISD access code (eg. 0011)

Codes 21~29 show the listed prefixes that will over-ride the 140~142 timers (eg. for varying the

charge on 02, 08, 07 STD calls). This aligns with

Items 1~9 for the timing interval.
