Busy Channel Lockout
DTMF Transmitting Time Setup
When activated BCL,you can not transmit in busy channel, BCL
prevents you from interfering with other parties who may be using
the same channel that you selected .
Pressing the [
PTT
] while the channel is in use will cause your
transceiver to emit an alert tone and transmission will be inhibited
and return to receive mode.
Press and hold key for over 2 seconds to enter function menu.
