to raise the Column and Hollow Shaft
up high enough to pull the Discharge
Turret Gear out through the Base opening.

Caution: The Discharge Turret Gear weighs

approximately 95 lbs.

Lower the Column and Hollow Shaft to
remove parts located between the Discharge
Table and Upper Turret Housing.

A.

Use the Elevator Screw to lower Column
and Hollow Shaft down.

Caution: Elevator Screws are designed with a

nine (9) inch long thread. Properly
support the Column and Hollow
Shaft from under the machine or
these components will fall to the floor
once the Elevator Screw has disengaged
from the Column. Combined weight of
the Column Shaft and Hollow Shaft equals
135 lbs. These parts only need to be
lowered a total of 18 inches before
there is ample clearance for parts removal.

Assembly procedures follow on page 8.
