WHEN THE MEMBRANE KEY IS PRESSED AND THE CURSOR IS AROUND SEAMER BRAKE
CELL, WITHIN THE CELL WELL BE DISPLAYED THE STATUS, OF THIS INDICATOR. THE TEXT
WILL SHOW WHICH STATE THE SEAMER IS IN.

A 4. SEAMER SPEED DISPLAY
WHEN THIS MEMBRANE KEY IS PRESSED AND THE CURSOR IS AROUND THE SEAMER
SPEED DISPLAY, THE TWO CELL READOUT WILL DISPLAY THE SCALED SEAMER SPEED IN
CANS PER MINUTE. THE CONTROL LABELS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CELL ARE “SLOW SPEED
SET POINT INCREASE”, “SLOW SPEED SET POINT DECREASE”, “FAST SPEED SET POINT
INCREASE”, AND “FAST SPEED SET POINT DECREASE”.
THE SEAMR SPEED SET POINT IS AUTOMATICALLY DISPLAYED FOR THE CURRENT SEAMER
MODE OF OPERATION.
WHEN IN THE SLOW SPEED MODE, THE SLOW SPEED SET POINT WILL BE DISPLAYED AND
CAN BE CHANGED BETWEEN 250 AND 1000 CANS PER MINUTE. THIS IS DONE BY EITHER
PRESSING THE INCREASE OR DECREASE PUSH BUTTONS.
WHILE IN SLOW MODE, AND IF THE FAST SPEED SETPOINT PUSH BUTTON IS PRESSED, THE
FAST SPEED SETPOINT WILL BE DISPLAYED WHILE THAT BUTTON IS HELD DOWN. THE
SEAMER SPEED WILL NOT CHANGE, BUT JUST THE DISPLAY. THE SAME IS TRUE WHEN IN
THE FAST MODE OF OPERATION.
WHEN IN THE FAST SPEED MODE, THE FAST SPEED SETPOINT WILL BE DISPLAYED AND CAN
BE CHANGED BETWEEN I 000 AND 2000 CANS PER MINUTE. THIS AGAIN IS DONE BY
PRESSING THE INCREASE OR DECREASE PUSH BUTTONS.
A 5. FILTER PUMP SELECT
WHEN THE MEMBRANE KEY IS PRESSED AND THE CURSOR IS AROUND THE FILTER PUMP
SELECT CELL, THE CONTROL LABEL ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SELECTOR IS DISPLAYED AS
"FILTER PUMP START/STOP”. BY PRESSING THE HARD PUSH BUTTON BY THIS LABEL, THE
FILTER PUMP CAN BE TOGGLED “ON" AND “OFF”. THE FILTRATION PUMP HAS TO BE ON AND
RUNNING
BEFORE YOU CAN START THE SEAMER. THE TEXT WILL SHOW WHICH STATE THE
PUMP IS IN.

WHEN THE MEMEBRANE KEY IS PRESSED AND THE CURSOR IS AROUND THE DOOR ENABLE
SELECT CELL, THE DISPLAY WILL SHOW WHAT MODE OF OPERATION THE SEAMER IS IN.
WITHIN THE CELL, THE TEXT WILL SHOW WHICH STATE THE SEAMER IS IN FOR THIS
INDICATOR.
