3. You can make any desired changes to the Phone Book selection
using the Name and Number (the telephone number for the
remote modem) fields and the pull-down Baud Rate selection list.
4. To save your changes click on the Save button. To return to
previous entries, click on Cancel. Either action returns you to the
SmartLine Management Phone Book window where you can
continue with associated operations.
5. To add an entry, click on the Add button. Note that the SmartLine
Management Phone Book - Add window appears (see Figure 5-
13).

6. You can make any desired additions to the Phone Book selection
using the Name and Number (the telephone number for the
remote modem) fields and the pull-down Baud Rate selection list.
7. To delete an entry, select the entry from the Entries list, and click
on the Delete button. A confirmation window appears offering
you Proceed or Cancel choices.
To use the Phone Book, proceed as follows:
1. Select Dial from the Communications menu. Note that the
SmartLine Management Phone Book window appears with a list
of entries based on previous edits and additions (see Figure 5-11).
2. Select (highlight) the desired entry from the Entries list and click
on the Dial button. If you have your modems and software set up
properly, this should connect you with the remote modem
