Creating and Using a Phone Book
You can make entries into the SmartLine Manager Phone Book. You
then Autodial the pre-specified number.
To create or modify a Phone Book list, proceed as follows:
1. From the Communications menu, select Dial. Note that the
SmartLine Management Phone Book window appears, initially
with a single unusable entry for you to edit (see Figure 5-11).

2. To edit an entry, select an entry from the Entries list, and click on
the Edit button. Note that the SmartLine Management Phone
Book - Edit window appears (see Figure 5-12).
